All right, 1553 for the whole day! Plus, I just noticed the pie chart at the bottom of the page which shows the percentages of the various components: looks like my intake of carbs has been under 30%, and under 20% usually. >whew<

Gonna see whether my budget will support uncured bacon for breakfast, as I love bacon fat. Need to check the offerings at the Dollar Tree: their store brand is (surprisingly) free of, or low in, chemicals -- woo hoo! Meanwhile, I stumbled upon a bottle of Turmeric Coconut Beverage, and I simply have to make lots of that.

Ran out of my Peanut Sauce, and I'll be gone in the afternoons tomorrow and Sunday, which means a new batch will probably get made Sunday night. Probably.
