Just watched the first of the videos recommended by Northernmusician's post for today, and I could relate, sorta. When I got down to 135, I would stare at the mirror in disbelief, unable to accept the fact that I was "so small". This might just be the most powerful reason why my weight is now higher than it was back then...
On the other hand, I now dearly long to see myself "that small" again, so I will keep looking in the mirror and I will keep trying on my old clothes, and I will keep reminding myself that I am no longer obese & that I can become That Small again! After all, I've had this height and build since I was a 9-year-old, so I know that the small body is in here somewhere!
