I'm really cranky today. For the past week or so I've been REALLY tired for some reason even though I've been getting enough sleep.

I'm happy to report that my dorky Outlook reminders to eat are working like a charm. When that little reminder pops up it's like a treat! Hope everyone is having a good day!

Maybe you need more exercise? I know it sounds crazy since your saying your tired, buy maybe try getting up early one morning and doing some sort of exercise - I guarentee it will GIVE you energy rather than take it away!

Maybe eat more protein to perk yourself up? LOVE LOVE LOVE the Outlook reminder idea... going to set some up right now! :)

MomofTwoGirls - I DEFINITELY need more exercise. I'd been going to the gym 5 mornings a week but I felt so whipped this week I've been slacking. hnhmom - absolutely right! My protein intake has been down because I keep forgetting to thaw some chicken or whatever for dinner...have to stop being so lazy : )
