I'm so amazed by these results, I eat a lot less, but I don't starve myself. I feel completely fine, even energized and happy eating around 1000 kcal. hopefully this continues going in the right direction
75 kg Lost so far: 3 kg.    Still to go: 15 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
