Those Hex weights are fantastic. Very accurate. Just make sure you don't drop them, speaking from experience; those things can do some major damage!

Nice set NM. I have the Weider Core 100 lb. Adjustable Select-A-Weight Set with Stand and only a few years back, I remember doing alternating curls with 50s in each hand. Got to get strong again. We will hold you accountable.

I love using the rowing machine, because using it is fluid and smooth exercise without mental fatique.
