Today I started using this fatsecret.com to help me keep track of my calories and also have a outlet to look at what is working for others ect. I actually started counting my calories on March 7th...me and my sister have been doing this sense then and weighing in every sunday morning early and recording our success/failures..so far I am proud to say I have lost 18 lbs. in only a little over a month..I had been taking in about 1200-1400 calories per day, not anywhere close to the rdi of 1800 they suggest on this site but have had great success with it so therefore I have adjusted my rdi to 1300 here when I signed up to keep on track, I will adjust accordingly as needed, but for right now 1300 calories per day is working well for me. trying to stay motivated....some days it seems hard to stay with in the calories I have allowed myself, seems one to two days a week I end up hitting more in the 1600 calorie range rather then the 1300....but it still works so I am not beating myself up to bad.
