Just starting this, still getting the hang of it...started a fruit diet(+proteins and some carbs for a healthy choice).today, it's going good so far, we'll see if it works out in a few days
78 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
