Ok, so despite yesterday's frustration and weight loss, last night was company bowling night where they were serving pizza and beer for dinner. 2 light beers and 2 slices later I was over my points and feeling pretty pissed at myself. I KNOW I have weekly points that I never touch and it isn't a disaster but I'm not a happy camper. The sodium alone will register a gain.
I'm swilling water this morning like I've been living in the desert and brought some detox tea with me. We'll see how that goes.
I've been noticing I keep forgetting to eat my snacks during the workday. I usually eat breakfast at 9 and have fruit or something at 10:30 or 11, lunch at noon and another healthy snack around 3 but I've been so busy that when I look up at the clock it's "too late." Being the incredible dork that I am, yesterday I put appointments in my Outlook calendar so a message pops up when it's time for a nosh - ha!
