5 min eliptical 5.0 easy
15 min run/walk, 3.5 min max 4 mph, but collectively 5 min total rest was around 3mph. 5 min run walk for cardio push, only 2 min at 4mph. Running is so boring, when it gets remotely hard I am ready to quit.
