today I didn't eat as well as I hoped. I slept in for 20 min so I rushed through break fast, lunch I did ok, and dinner I went to my friends house. I had 2 hot dogs both with sweet relish and ketchup. And to top it all off, I had icecream. Now I know why I'm really tired...
