An interesting thing happened at work today. There were an assortment of doughnut holes in the staff lounge and I happened to be in there, for about two hours, off and on, which included my lunch time. However, in spite of others helping themselves to the treat, I didn't really give them a second thought, except to realize, they were no longer a temptation for me. In the past I probably would have helped myself to them, and enjoyed every bite, but in this case I was content to just leave them sitting there. :-)

Thanks ladies. It actually kind of amazed me, that I really had no desire to eat any of those doughnut holes, but as time passes, it's gotten easier bypass minor distractions like that anyway. By the way; Tamarah, what does NSV mean?
