Ugh!!! Fell off that damn wagon again! :( And I still won't be able to work out today because I've got the air conditioning men fixing my house; and they say it's going to take all day. So angry at myself....

Get mad, get pissed, get upset, do all those things, we fall from time to time, love yourself and get back up, dust yourself off and charge forward.

Hearing more and more about just focus on one or the other. Focus on your diet. I think, at first, it is just getting in the groove of not eating specific things, and letting your stomach contract. My diet begins with a fast.
