I finally got the book, "A New Atkins For A New You." I don't know if it will change the way I'm eating, as I've been pretty good about following the plan so far, but it couldn't hurt. If nothing else, it will give me the educated, and updated, knowledge to ensure I'm doing it right. We'll see. :)

Looking good, I think the book really does help, they don't have everything on the web site......Congrats on weight loss.....

Thanks for all of your encouragement and support. :) Yvonne, your graph, and success has been my inspiration. I want to drop this weight, like a hot rock, and never look back; it's time for me to reclaim my life and health, the way it's supposed to be. :)

You go shyguy and thank you for that.....yep drop it never ever look back. You know it isn't easy but I think oh so worth it. I used to be slim like lots of us but I never appreciated it. I tell you what every day I am feeling better and better. I meet new people in my job all the time, I always felt so self conscious of being so heavy it really got in my way of my confidence, such a shame, but I will so appreciate when I get to my goal I can tell you that. As you say I am reclaiming my life couldn't have said it better.

I think it's a good idea! I often go back and reread the diet on the website to check where I'm getting sloppy and it helps my motivation. I think the book whould have even more help.
