yesterday was a no diet day because I was feeling so angry and cranky and I needed pasta. was it worth it... not really, since it made me feel sick. I don't think I'm going to be eating in the dining hall at school any time soon. Aparently there were meal worms in some of teh food recently and I think that should have been noticed by the staff before it was placed out for consumption.
104.8 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 25.4 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
