weighed in this morning and in total I am down 16 pounds... I am very happy with myself, proud of both me and my husband for sticking with it for this long... We have never gone a WHOLE month of eating right and excersizing before. I am starting to see it in some of my clothes more then others, which is great timing, as I will need new work clothes for the winter anyway!! Maybe I will be able to buy smaller sizes!!! I think others are starting to see it in me as well.... I have not heard anyone say "holly you look great" as of yet, but I feel great and that is what matters right now!!! I sure hope the Dr. sees it and is happy with my progress as well!!
