09/26 Did ok until I got home. Breakfast - 1 fiber 1 bar Lunch - Ham & Swiss on wheat, handful of chips and cucumbers. Dinner - Hot dog & some chips. Then I was still hungry and had a bowl of Bunny Tracks Ice cream and some pop corn.. I suck at this.
