I have been doing and feeling wonderful and I am almost less than 200 lbs. only 3.6 more to go and I am hoping to be less than 200 lbs. this weekend. Did pretty well this last week besides Saturday had a few glasses of wine and didn’t eat enough calories. I am so excited to hit my first mini goal and see the scale say 199; I haven’t been less than 200 lbs. since college days back in 04! Awesome journey so far I have lost 36.7 lbs. in 11 weeks, life is good!
