can not seem to stay on track lately now off south beach diet and ingesting carbs weight has leveled off and i just crave crave crave food all the time! need to get back on the South beach and lose this weight!! i just ate a small hawaiian pizza because the guy told me ut is small and 6.00 it was okay but cheap and bad for me, starting south beach again tomorrow phase two with no bread just fruit veggies and cheeses mmmmmmm. wish me luck
