I was not quite paying attention to my macros when I ate earlier today as I had an issue with unsafe food due to the fridge being opened over night. I thought rotisserie chicken was a safe bet but it turns out it was less fat and more protein than I had realized. I would need to eat more than a stick of butter to get the macros into the proper ratio at this point. I am hopeful this won't derail my ketosis too much, as I worked so hard to get the ratios right with meals prepared in advance.
I will be better off tomorrow as I will have the previous issue remedied.
