Yay! I'm in the yellow on Wii Fit, no longer overweight! Steady loosing a kilo a week :) I can keep this up when it comes to calorie intake for now, but fitness tends to become a little boring. Will keep doing spinning classes, but perhaps this week try the new kickboxing class in the neighborhood. I'm becoming less apprehensive about jumping now.
