So I am down 9lbs from the start of my challenge and almost 20lbs since my 45th birthday (May)!!!!!! I guess the running 3x a week for 2miles ea is paying off... SWEEEETT!!!! The down side... I freakin' hate to run... So, I added Plyometrics to my P90X work out finally, I have started to run 3x a week .. and... I have (believe it or not) Up'd my calories to 2000 min per day..
