Today is not gonna be a good day, when it comes to eating. I woke up this morning with this feeling of aggravation. I seriously just wanted to avoid the kitchen. But I didnt. I went in and made a cup of grapes and 8 oz of V8 juice. I forced myself to eat both. I just dont feel like eating anymore, its become an annoying chore. I cant believe I have my body trained already. I havent had any type of fast food, sodas or sweets in almost 2 weeks. Hopefully it last.

I know what you mean you dont feel like eating anymore. I feel that way and I know its not healthy and I have to force myself to get to eat enough calories and then all of a sudden one day I splurge because I am STARVED

I've been that way too. And like alli, I ended up splurging cause I was sooo hungry, just out of the blue. Hopefully that doesn't happen to you though. Looks like you've been doing really good, so you're doing something right!
