On Saturday and Sunday I spent 2 hours each day digging my allotment over getting it ready for this year's veg, I lost a whole pound and 1" off my waist and 1/2" off my hips in 2 days. I took on my new to me plot in September but the weather has been so awful this winter that I didn't do any work on it, I have re-calculated my RDI and I'm also trying to find time to record everything I eat. I had my 2nd cataract op 3 weeks ago so instead of being bored because I couldn't see properly for weeks, I'm now almost back to normal- they don't tell you what your mental state will be like when you have one good eye and one bad eye!
