Back from a month in Spain to find I had put on 15Lbs. Lost that in the last 3 weeks .NO DRINKING NO processed foods. Whole blue top milk (Pint a day)Only lean meat and vegetables. An apple an orange and a banana every day. Feeling good.

Your back! that's a gain and a quarter you've got there Buddy..... well you have to start again somewhere so FS is the place to do it.....I've had a lot of encouragement from my buddies and others on this site which has definitely helped me a lot.....I'm doing really well with my weight loss program this time, mainly because of my Daughters pending Marriage its really spurred me on, also for our Holiday, I couldn't visualise myself wearing shorts again with all my wobbly bits on display ( belly, bum and thunder thighs ).....so welcome home and happy dieting....

Yes back... but only have four weeks to lose 13lbs .Off to Venice. Feeling sorry for the gondeleer already. :)
