Had the colonoscopy last Friday and can't seem to get back on track with my meals since I also got a cold. Oh well....get this.....I went thru Taco Bell drive thru, she asked me to wait one minute and that's all it took for me to remember my coming trip to Florida at the end of April....and I literally drove thru, no purchase made and made my healthy taco at home. This is big for me.....seems so simple, but I feel better about myself for not caving in!!!
