Yesterday I was 150 calories short of 1250 before I went to bed. Today I will add more nuts and fruit to my diet and make more of my 4PM snack. Also my soreness wasn't from fitness after all but from carrying my fidgety heavy baby around. I strained some muscles badly. Will look for better techniques on the internet and a sling to carry him in.
