Good weekend. Cut down 2 trees in the back that were preventing the pool from warming in the summer.. They get the last laugh though.. My eyes and nose are pouring, and all I can do is SNEEZE.... Back to the LCHFIF today. Will be diligent as last week was a test for me that I can honestly say turned into a TESTIMONY! Have a great Monday friends! Thanks for all of your support!

Nasacort in addition to my antihistamine has changed my life, when none of the other sprays worked. It can take a week or two to kick in. Feel better!

Thank you! @kpwcalories, my doc gave me flonase but that smells like burning rubber! I just cannot go there. I am using 24 hour Claritin and Sudafed. Working but I just want to be better, lol. With everything blooming due to spring, it may just take a while. Have a great day everyone!

Flonase didn't work for me, but Nasacort does, and I have lifelong, severe allergies. I don't notice a smell with this. You can take it with Claritin and Sudafed, and it doesn't require a prescription anymore.
