I'm back to the gym this week, and I'm sore, but it feels good! I'm happy to be back to some kind of routine with my weight loss. Everything got so out of control so fast for me. It started with taking time off the gym, and eating food I shouldn't. I made these promises of "I'll start up again tomorrow", or "I'll just make sure I don't let myself get past this weight"...ya right! Before I knew it I was back to where I started, plus some. I know I don't want to go through that again, so I'm here to make some permanent changes. :)
