Tried a low carb day after breakfast. I obviously had no clue where the carbs are in my diet. They are in everything I like to eat: my veggies, fruit most notably and anything else that offers fibre. I am still hungry but I feel nauseous when thinking about eating something protein rich, like the egg I prepared. There is a thin layer of yuk in my mouth from the fats that come with protein rich food, just by tasting them (and ultimately throwing them out of my lunch salad). I need to inform myself of more low carb options that I do like before I embark on this seriously.
