My cough seems to be getting a little better every day. My stomach muscles were sore this morning from coughing. Tough way to get a workout, but hey! I bought some over the counter natural cough stuff to help me sleep since the last 2 nights have not been restful. It's hard to find something not full of chemicals or tylenol. Going to do my arm weights tonight. I feel like I am really making progress there. Stay well friends.
