Walked 9 km in afternoon, including 5KM jog/walk at rate of 10.6 min/km. Tripped on stone on the walk back and did a superman fall. No scrapes, but feeling sore around the ribs. Felt really hungry afterwards... then graduation party for Bibiche (beer and carbs). Good for the exercise, but a disaster for the DI. Oh well, can't give up.
