So back again, lost a stone last year on my T25 exercises and the menu was hard too keep too but even now its easy too go back too, you bend it with the T25 exercises, which makes you seat for 25 mins a day, I lost a stone in 5 weeks last year, and everyone said i looked great, however i lost me job, and down hill, i dont look fat but ive never been 15 stone and that hurts me. my worst is cakes and sweet and the dreaded choc, takes a week to get the urge out of me body, but finally gos, no treats instead low fat yougurt with melon, and also ihave a half a cup of Quiona with almond milk and berries, and cinnomin, awful but you get used too it, ive got the smallbook and it comes with the dvds, £129 from the states. best bargain ever.
