well back again, started eating 2 weeks ago back to my T25 menu, havent been eating any sweets or biscuits, and stuck to my t25 exercises and abbs, no alcohol, last year i lost a stone in 5 weeks,reallyon this plan and i honestly the food was fab, only when i lost my job, so went everything, the best thing everyone said i looked great
