I know better that to complain as I have lost 21 pounds since Jan 4 and that in of itself is a feat. I will say having a partner to lose weight with is a God send and I thank him everyday for her. I am not sure of it is because I am so much older now or we have just not cut back enough. Our meal plan consists of 1,200 calories or less mot days and we are on a very low carb eating regiment and maybe the super week is not far away. I can not do any exercise with my present condition as the last time when the weight was falling off I was walking 5 miles a day. This time I do not have such a luxury! All we can do is keep pushing and on another good note my partner has lost 30 pounds to date but she is able to exercise and dose!
