It took me a month to drop 0.3 😭 it was hard month yoh! it was definitely a plateau
86 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Same here! Finally dropped 0.4kg this morning and I was so relieved just to see some progress on the scale 😂 I did lose 11cm though. I know we shouldn't focus on the scale but that number on the scale still means a lot to us so you can't help but feel demotivated when it's not moving

I feel you. The scale can be so disappointing. Congrats on not giving up 💪🏽 refusing to give up on those tough weeks and months is what brings the end result🎉❤️ My challenge is staying motivated to workout with a baby. Somedays I don't get time to workout.

Goodness, I feel the exact same way about the scale. It can be very demotivating, starting to think I shouldn't look at it at all!😭
