Good energy during the day, but woke up hungry, again. Got a bowl of cereal. Am not sure how to manage the hunger during the night. Increase caloric intake at supper?

In crease protein and fiber intake both keep you feeling full longer. Also reduce the amount of appetite stimulants such as caffeine in the hours before bed.
