Starting over, its all good. My goal is to eat POP for 6 weeks one meal at a time! I have continued with weight loss but have been trying different things. Why not just stick to what was working in the begining. I get discouraged because I fell I should be losing faster and more pounds but I must give credit to God for what I have alerady accomplished and remain on a steady. Eat right and exercise! STOP LOOKING FOR QUICK RESULTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
113.9 kg Lost so far: 39.0 kg.    Still to go: 34.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Sometimes i have to remind myself it didn't all come on me over night and its not coming off that way either. You have had great success so I know you can do it.
