Did a 2.5 hour training session on the beach this morning. Did the weaves and combined 1 jump at one end which allowed me to add a "get round" command in as well. Indi does it beautifully & Lexi is picking it up very quickly.Weather was'nt bad either and it is a bonus knowing i'm burning off fat while doing something i enjoy doing so much. I did intend driving to Durham in the morning to compete in an agility competition but decided against it as i'm still in a massive amount of pain all over my body which started last Sat driving back from a competition in Richmond. Don't know if it was caused by all the standing around in the cold or if it's a virus or something !! Got agility training on Sunday anyway - so looking forward to another hour running about like a loon....all the while burning more and more fat !!
