It’s rolls made of thin lavash/tortilla filled with minced chicken and onion. I baked them in the oven at 200 degrees for 25-30 minutes. After that, I added a bit of shredded mozzarella on the top and left them in the oven for an additional 5 minutes

Yes ) I always count my food calories. This portion includes 557 calories, protein 46, fat 9, carbohydrates 74
