well for some reason my weigh in yesterday was wrong. I was 236# and today I was down to 243.6 ... So i discovered something reassuring, last week on Wednesday my wife went out and got a new digital scale. well we thought that they were pretty close. However just for giggles I stepped on the old scale after I did my weigh in and it said I was 230... So.. there you have it.. I am not sure who "They" are.. but "They" say always go off of the same scale from start to finish. Oh well.. I'm back on track and gettin-er-done!!!
106.4 kg Lost so far: 0.2 kg.    Still to go: 8.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Steve - Guess it doesn't matter if you know your true weight to the ounce, just as long as you have a device to guide you through your journey. I set my old analog scales to match my Doctor's and just hope for the best. My Balance Board (Wii) has my weight slightly higher so I just ignore it.
