Woke up this morning realizing that I am back to back to work today. I think that I need to plan to take more days next time. 1 week is just not long enough. Although I have been working towards building my self a life that I don't need a vacation from. I have 1 more week of vacation left for this year. Not sure yet when I will be taking it.
For this week my goal is to track my foods/water/activity level daily.
