Started a walking journey at the beginning of June. I had lost 87 lbs while on Ozempic (was put on it as I was pre-diabetic at 272 lbs). Came off Ozempic in Jan of this year and had a bounce back weight gain of about 25 lbs (not too bad). Since I started walking, I have lost about 15 lbs with the last 7 lbs while using this app (started Aug 3). The last 2 days I have done something I haven’t actually done in decades (due to bad knees and weak ankles)….RUN (slowly) on the treadmill! Yesterday, I did a total of 9 minutes and today a total of 17 min. Not all at once though! Broken into 1-5 min intervals but made it 5 min straight earlier today! Never thought I’d see the day!
88.1 kg Lost so far: 3.5 kg.    Still to go: 13.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
