運動:游泳2000尺、大豆、雪克、膠原
第三餐:蝦子、豆芽菜、金針菇、味增湯、可樂果、汽水
水量3000
53.6 kg Lost so far: 1.7 kg.    Still to go: 3.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Gaining 9.1 kg a Week
