Haven't gained but haven't lost. Been going up and down within a few pound range for the past few weeks. Haven't really been watching what I eat like I should either.
When I hit 227 that will equal 100 pounds down from my highest weight ever! Only 8 pounds away. I am going to use that as motivation to try to get to 227 or less by the beginning of October. :)
