Online calculations are putting my BMR (basal metabolic rate) at around 2000cal. Let's assume the built in exercise calculator in this app is accurate and says I did 2000cal of exercise today. My question is, how do I get a reasonable picture of ACTUAL calories burned today because as much as I wish it was 4000, I know that can't be right hahah
