Well can't believe it's so long since I filled in my journal! Now decided to try to stick to some sort of diet. I am getting a phone call from my doctor tomorrow about my high blood pressure, then next Monday if I still have pain in my left leg I'm off for an xray. Then in the beginning of September it's off to the podiatrist to sort out the toes that won't bend and then a couple of days later to the local hospital to have a suspicious lump to be checked out- thank goodness we have the NHS! plus I haven't lose any weight, just the opposite because of the pain I get when I walk....
