I’ve definitely put on weight over the past 6 months, albeit not a lot, and slowly. I’ve gained just over half a stone/4kg.
This time last year I was at my lowest. I’ve put on 5 kg since then. So, today marks the start of my attempt to lose that excess and start to feel healthier again!
