I've decided to trust the process and not give up when I don't see change on the scale. I've noticed I'm getting leaner and my clothes are fitting a lot better and I feel much more healthier. I've cut out processed food. I'm sticking to a weekly regimen of walking, running and eating a lot healthier meals. ONWARDS!
