a week or so ago i joined the challenge "stop letting out weekends ruin our weeks" and i'm DETERMINED to stick to that this weekend.especially because it's halloween. I will allow myself to have some candy...but i cannot go overboard and i wILL stay on task. it's especially important this weekend because i have my second appointment with the trainer on thursday so i have to actually stick to this diet 100% so i can have good results when she measures me and stuff. i haven't lost a lot of poundage...but i feel smaller on my arms and flab and stuff...so we'll see!
