Recipe of these bagels 🥯
Cottage cheese - 200g
Egg 1 (+ 1 egg yolk for brushing)
Flour - 50g (i took rice and corn flour 50/50)
Cheese - 40g (optional)
Sesame seeds and sunflower seeds (optional)
Mix everything together, brush with egg yolk before baking, bake at 180°C for 30 min
